Mid Season - April 1 to June 24
Mid Season Weekly $600 or 3 nights min/ $125 per night
$400 deposit required upon booking to secure booking
Outstanding balance due upon arrival
Refundable damage deposit of $150 due upon arrival
A cleaning fee of $200 will apply if the condo is left untidy
Payment accepted: check, money order, and preferred email money transfer
