Rates and Rental Terms
Peak Season Rate - $4500 per week (weekly rentals only during peak season)
Off Season Rate - $2500 per week / or nightly rate
$500 deposit required upon booking
Outstanding balance due 45 days prior to arrival
Refundable damage deposit check of $750 required at time of final payment
Cancellations within 45 days of arrival will not be refunded
Unless another renter is found for the cancelled period
Then a cancellation fee of $200 may apply
A cleaning fee of $300 will apply if the cottage is left untidy
