Florencia Bay Hideaway offers four self-catering luxury accommodations, each one privately located on forested property bordering Pacific Rim National Park, within walking distance of the National Park's spectacular open ocean sandy beaches via the Willowbrae Trail.
Each cabin is very private from one another (minimum 100 feet of trees separating). We are not a cabin resort! There is no office or staff on the property. Each cabin operates as an individual vacation rental property. Very private and secluded.

Custom designed and beautifully hand crafted by Comfort Log Homes, Willowbrae Chalet features dramatic flared cedar log accents inside and out and a beautiful hand crafted log staircase leading to a large loft area containing one private bedroom & one open loft bedroom. The Chalet also contains 2 full bathrooms with clawfoot tub in master bath, large private deck with hot tub, plus many other luxuries and amenities.
Halfmoon Cottage All windows face the rainforest! Very private and romantic, featuring a beautifully hand crafted log staircase leading up to an open loft bedroom, private outdoor hot tub nestled in tall cedars & hemlocks, double slipper clawfoot tub (for 2), luxurious leather sofa, antique-finish hardwood floors, cast iron fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling picture windows offering great views of the rainforest from all rooms, plus many extras.

A 5-minute walk from your doorstep will find you immersed in the magnificent rainforest of Pacific Rim National Park, on a well-developed trail that follows the path of the original settlers to the Pacific Rim area.
The Willowbrae Trail will lead you on down the "settlers" path only to emerge onto more breathtaking "super, natural" beauty...Half Moon Bay and Florencia Bay. Both beaches are accessible only by foot, adding to their beauty & wonder. Don't be surprised if you have the whole beach to yourselves, most definitely in the off seasons and on occasional mornings & evenings in the summer too...incredible!
