Enjoy a sweeping view of Shuswap Lake from your queen sized bed. The livingroom patio door opens onto a huge sundeck, a great place to enjoy an evening BBQ after a day of fun, adventure and relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a nice breakfast nook. A private beach is across the road, less than 50 yards away. Guests with boats are welcome to use the dock and boat buoy.

Bill and Dar's Guesthouse offers guests boat moorage with a private dock only foot steps away from the Guesthouse. There is a small grass area for suntanning, and a huge sundeck. Enjoy a sweeping view of Shuswap Lake right from the queen sized bed in your bedroom. Lovely bathroom, kitchen area with all dishes and utensils supplied. Sattelite TV with movie channels. All you need to bring is your food. Plenty of things to see and do in the area.

Booking Details
Weekly rate $900
$200 deposit is required upon booking
Remaining balance $700 due by cheque 45 days before arrival
$500 refundable damage deposit cheque required
$200 cancellation fee up to 45 days before arrival, after that there will be no refund unless another renter is found for the week
Cleaning fee of $200 will be charged if cottage is left unclean
Arrival Saturday 3 pm, Departure following Saturday 11 am
