Our family cabin is a four bedroom year round home located at the South end of 8 km long Missezula Lake, about 45 minutes from Princeton, and 4 hours (door to door) from North Vancouver. This is a four season resort community that offers the opportunity for fishing, boating, waterskiing, swimming, hiking, mountain biking, ATV/dirt biking, skidooing, cross country skiing, snow-shoeing , ice-fishing, ice hockey....relaxing. With warm summers, snowy winters, and endless trails and forestry roads, this area is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. There is an abundance of wildlife such as birds of prey and deer, and many day trip opportunities like historic Hedley, Kettle Valley Railway and many nearby lakes to explore.
The cabin is 1800 square feet plus basement about a 4 minute walk to lake, with large open kitchen, dining and living area, four bedrooms, full bathroom, large lot and large deck with patio furniture for long summer evenings outdoors. Basement has pool table, foosball table and air hockey table for evening entertainment, as well as TV and DVD player for entertainment on the main floor.

volleyball net, fire pit, horseshoe pit large grassy area all about 4 minute walk away
Washer (no dryer, outside line available in summer and airer available inside in winter)
TV and DVD Player, plenty of movies and books, and board games
No linens (only dish cloths and tea towels provided)
Canoe with paddles (must supply own lifejackets)
Large driveway with ample space for parking both front and back of cabin
Pets: 1 dog (max 40lbs) and 1 cat permitted with owner’s approval
No smoking in cabin
No land line, cell service limited
Rates:
Rates: $1200 per week (7 nights) Saturday to Saturday
$200 per night with 5 night minimum
Primary renter minimum 30 years old
$400.00 deposit required at time of booking
Outstanding balance due 45 days prior to arrival
Refundable damage deposit of 300.00 required at time of final payment
Cancellations within 30 days not refunded
unless another renter is found for that period
Check in time 2pm
Check out time 11am
Quiet time between midnight and 7am
Cleaning fee of $25.00/hr will be deducted from damage deposit (average of 1-2 hrs)
All garbage and recycling must be removed by renter or a $50.00 fee will be apply
Payment accepted: cheque, money order, e-mail money transfer
