Rate - $500 per week/ $85/night
Primary renter minimum of 18 years old
Full Account Balance due upon booking + $100 refundable damage deposit
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded
Unless another renter is found for the cancelled period
A cleaning fee of $100 will apply if the cottage is left untidy
