Weekly Rate $1250 $250 credit card deposit is
required upon booking. Remaining balance due 45 days before
arrival $500 refundable damage deposit required
$250 cancellation fee up to 45 days before arrival.
After that cancellations are non-refundable unless another
renter is found for the week
Cleaning fee of $150 will
be deducted from the damage deposit charged if guesthouse is
left unclean
