CHRISTEL'S COTTAGE at St. Ives on the sunny North Shore of Shuswap Lake, B.C.
Situated on a large hillside lot with a view of Shuswap Lake and surrounding mountains. This well kept family cottage features 3 bedrooms plus a loft,and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The Cottage sleeps 8 people and is the perfect vacation destination for 2 small families wishing to enjoy all that the Shuswap Lake area has to offer. There are 2 large decks that face the lake, a stair case provides a short cut down to the road and beach. Linen and towels are supplied. Amentities include Satellite TV, Gas Barbeque. Countertop elements (4), Microwave and large Toaster oven.

St. Ives is a very quiet community on the Shuswap Arm of Shuswap Lake. Vancouver is roughly 5 hours away, Calgary 6-7 hours. The "Narrows" of Shuswap Lake are a 5-10 minute boat ride away. The beach is only a 3 minute walk from the cottage, and is fine gravel, making for clean water to swim in. There is a pub within walking distance of the cottage, grocery shopping is available only a short drive away in Celista, and Scotch Creek. Fuel is available at Anglemont Marina nearby. This cottage is available for rent to mature, pre-qualified renters on a weekly basis. Please see additional details and photos below.

$315 credit card deposit required upon booking (inc. GST)
$315 cancellation fee
Balance due 45 days before arrival by cheque
No refunds 45 days before arrival unless another renter is found
$750 refundable damage deposit required
$250 cleaning fee will be charged if cottage is left untidy

This Cottage is fully furnished. All cooking appliances and utensils are supplied. Gas barbecue, Sat. TV, as well as bed linen and inside towels are supplied. Each floor features a bathroom. The beach is located just a 3 minute walk away. Plenty of parking.
